Bringing clarity

I worked with Julien to help us expand our activities to the West Coast. He brought clarity to our understanding of the specificities of the market an helped us design an ad-hoc business development strategy. Over the course of 6 months working with Julien, we generated over 50 qualified meetings with tier-one companies, some of which are our clients now. It was an opportunity for us to structure our go-to-market, funnel and processes for our business development approach.
